Our Story
Founded in 1991 by Navin and Rita Dimond, Stonebridge began with a simple but powerful premise: that hotels managed with the mindset of an invested owner perform better. Over three decades, that premise has been proven time and again across a diverse portfolio spanning luxury, full-service, lifestyle, and premium select-service properties in primary and secondary markets throughout the United States. What started as a developer and owner-operated business evolved into one of the most respected third-party hotel management companies in the country, recognized for its high-touch approach, institutional rigor, and consistent outperformance across every segment it operates in.
A New Chapter of Growth
In May of 2024, Stonebridge announced the acquisition of Real Hospitality Group, a leading hotel management company based in Ocean City, Maryland and one of the fastest growing operators in the United States. This strategic combination brought together two complementary organizations united by a shared commitment to innovation, culture, and industry-leading performance. The addition of Real Hospitality Group significantly expanded Stonebridge's footprint and capabilities, positioning the combined company as an even stronger partner for ownership groups seeking a high-touch, results-driven operator with proven expertise across both branded and independent hotels.
